It's no secret that I love kids of any age!  As a mom of two, now young adults, I miss having little ones running through my house.  I miss the noise, and the laughter, and oddly enough I even miss the crying and the temper tantrums.  Time flies by so quickly that these are the moments you really want to remember.  

My focus during these sessions is to capture your little ones personality.  My sessions can include a few props such as chairs, and/or decorations, but really I keep the majority of the shots simple, focusing on the smiles, the giggles, the funny faces.  I love capturing the pure innocence that shines through when I have a conversation with your little one.  

Feel free to bring some items from home, maybe a favorite toy or something, but keep it hidden.  These items will be used if we need to capture the attention of your little one.  However if they know you have a favorite toy when you come to the studio, we will have a difficult time getting it away from him/her for the photos.  These items are used only if necessary.  If you want them in pictures we will save those for last.

Also, feel free to bring 2-3 outfits, however, depending on your little ones age, please know that sometimes less is more.  Your 5 year old may be perfectly ok with a few outfit changes, however, a 2 year old, may only make it through 1 or 2 outfits.  Please do not get frustrated.  Have patience during your session.  It's ok if they cry or get angry, we will get through it.  I am very patient with little ones.
